摘    要:以艾蒿为原料,槲皮素含量为指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验设计法优化甲醇提取艾蒿中槲皮素的工艺。结果表明,甲醇提取艾蒿中槲皮素最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶16(g/m L),甲醇体积分数100%,浸泡时间2 h,超声时间30 min。按优选工艺条件下槲皮素含量为0.698 mg/g,验证试验证明结果稳定,具有生产应用价值。

Abstract:Artemisiaargyi was treated the raw material with methanolto extract quercetinand the yield of quercetinwas used to be an indicator. On the basis of single-factor experiments,the orthogonal experiment method were carried out to optimize the extraction process ofquercetin. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were found as follows:mass fraction of methanol 100%;material-to-liquid 1:16 g/mL;soak time 4 h;ultraphonic time 30 min. According to the optimal process condi-tions the yield ofquercetin was 0.698%.It could be well fitted with model and was reliable and applicable for actual predic-tion.It had value of production.
