农产品质量安全法律监管制度探究

农产品质量安全关系到广大消费者的身体健康,更是关系到国民经济的发展和社会的和谐稳定。但是,近年来我国出现了不少农产品质量安全问题,造成了严重的危害,消费者开始重视农产品质量安全,并越来越关注农产品质量。毫无疑问,农产品质量安全问题存在的原因是复杂的,但是归根结底则是在于法律监管制度的不完善乃至缺失。完善农产品质量安全监管制度,需要从立法、执法等方面着手,完善农产品质量管理体系,关键是要加强对农产品生产、运输、加工等全程的安全监管。
