木薯腋芽萌发及生长影响因素的研究

摘    要:以木薯(Manihot esculenta)优良品种辐选01作为材料,研究了不同浓度的NaClO溶液、不同培养基配方、赤霉素和维生素C浸泡外植体对木薯腋芽萌发及生长的影响。结果表明,木薯嫩茎段宜用质量分数2%的NaClO溶液消毒10 min,老茎段宜用质量分数10%的NaClO溶液消毒12 min;适宜的培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1%活性炭,腋芽萌发的效果较好;接种前用维生素C浸泡外植体能有效减少木薯组织褐变;用赤霉素浸泡处理有利于加速木薯腋芽的萌发和生长。

Abstract:The effects of NaClO concentration,media formula,GA3 and vitamin C on sprouting and growth of axillary bud of cassava(Manihot esculenta) were studied using cassava cutlivar Fuxuan 01 as material.The results showed that tender stems should be sterilized by 2% NaClO solution for 10 min;While old stems should be treated by 10% NaClO solution for 12 min.The MS+ 1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1% activated carbon was the suitable medium for shoot induction as the sprouting rate and budding quality was high.Browning rate of cassava explants could be reduced by immersing them in vitamin C before culture.GA3 treatment before inoculation could promote the sprouting and growth of axillary bud of cassava.
