预知子三萜皂苷体外抗脂质过氧化和红细胞溶血作用的研究

摘    要:为了研究预知子三萜皂苷(TSAF)抗脂质过氧化和红细胞溶血作用,以昆明小鼠作为试验对象,采用分光光度法测定TSAF对自发性及CCl4、H2O2、Fe2+-VC诱导的小鼠肝脂质过氧化的影响,测定TSAF对H2O2诱导的小鼠红细胞溶血的影响。结果表明,TSAF可抑制肝自发性脂质过氧化,对CCl4、H2O2、Fe2+-VC诱导的肝过氧化损伤具有保护作用,能有效地抑制过氧化产物MDA的生成,具有抑制H2O2诱导红细胞溶血的作用,抑制率与TSAF浓度呈良好的量效关系。TSAF具有较强的体外抗脂质过氧化和红细胞溶血的作用,并呈一定的量效关系。

Studies on the Effects of Triterpenoid Saponins from Akebiae Fructus in Anti-lipoperoxidant and Anti-erythrocyte Haemolysis in vitro
Abstract:To study the anti -lipoperoxidant and anti-erythrocyte haemolysis in vitro from triterpenoid saponins of akebiae fructus (TSAF). The kunming mice were used as experimental subjects, the effects of TSAF in the spontaneous lipid peroxida-tion, the lipid peroxidation induced by CCl4,H2O2 and Fe2+-VC, and the erythrocyte haemolysis induced by H2O2 were detect-ed in vitro. The TSAF could inhibit spontaneity liver lipid peroxidation and had strong protective function on liver peroxida-tion damage byCCl4,H2O2 and Fe2+-VC. The TSAF could effectively inhibit product of MDA and erythrocytic hemolysis in-duced by H2O2, and there was obviously dose -effect relationship between activity and concentration. The TSAF has strong function on anti -lipoperoxidant and anti -erythrocyte haemolysis in vitro,and shows a dose-effect relationship.
