| 摘 要： | 采用形态鉴定法、同工酶法、PCR法对山东省枣庄市榴园镇石榴园一株枯死石榴树的根结线虫样本进行了鉴定,病原线虫鉴定为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)。

Species Identification of Root-knot Nematodes Infecting Pomegranate in Zaozhuang City of Shandong Province |

| Abstract: | To determine the species identity of root-knot nematodes infecting pomegranate, using morphological identification method, isozyme phenotypes and SCAR-PCR markers, a wilt pomegranate sample collected from liuyuan county, Zaozhuang city in Shandong province was observed. The results demonstrated that the pathogen was Meloidogyne incognita. |
