摘    要:采用响应面法优化苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)甾醇超声辅助提取最佳工艺条件,对提取溶剂种类、料液比、超声功率、超声时间分别进行单因素试验,并利用响应面法对苦瓜甾醇超声辅助提取的主要工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,苦瓜甾醇超声提取最佳工艺条件为料液比9.7∶1(m L∶g),提取功率589 W,提取时间45.5 min,此工艺条件下苦瓜甾醇得率为48.39 mg/g。

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Techniques of Phytosterols from Balsam Pear by Response Surface Methodology
Abstract:Ultrasonic extraction techniques of phytosterols from balsam pear (Momordica charantia L.) by response surface methodology was optimized. Single factor experiments were conducted on extraction solvent types,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time,ultrasonic power, on the basis of this, response surface method were adopted to determine the optimal technique of phy-tosterols extraction. The results showed that the best technological conditions of phytosterols extraction from balsam pear were the ratio of solid to liquid 9.7:1 (mL:g), ultrasonic power 589 W, extraction time 45.5 min. Yield of the phytosterols was 48.39 mg/g.
