基因枪法将Bhlea2基因导入玉米的初步研究

摘    要:构建了牛耳草(Boea hygrometrica)胚胎发育晚期丰富蛋白基因(Bhlea2)的植物表达载体pYL1,以玉米(Zea mays L.)自交系501的愈伤组织为受体,利用基因枪法将Bhlea2基因导入,获得51株抗性植株,经PCR检测有10株阳性植株,阳性率为19.6%,初步证明外源基因已整合到玉米基因组中。

Abstract:The expression vector pYL1 of Bhlea2 gene from Boea hygrometrica was constructed.The Bhlea2 gene was transformed into embryogenic callus of maize(Zea mays) inbred line 501 by particle bombardment.51 plants with resistance were obtained and 10 of them were confirmed positive by PCR amplification.The frequency of positivity was 19.6%,it was preliminarily proved that the extraneous gene had been integrated into maize genome.
