脱毒微型马铃薯机械物理特性试验

摘    要:对3个不同品种脱毒微型马铃薯的质量、几何尺寸、密度、滚动稳定角、休止角和含水率等进行了测试并对几何尺寸等参数的分布特性进行了分析。试验测得微型薯质量分布集中在3~6 g,平均值4.83g;球形度平均值0.74;容积密度平均值633.07 kg/m3;粒子密度平均值1 058.29 kg/m3;含水率平均值82.62%(w.b);微型薯在塑料上的滚动特性比钢板上好。

Abstract:The parameters of weight,geometrical size,density,roll stability angle,caesural angle,and moisture content of three species of mini-tuber seeds were tested.The results showed that the mass narrow distribution of mini-tuber was 3~6g.The average of mass,sphericity,bulk density,particle density and moisture content were 4.83g,0.74,633.07 kg/m3,1 058.29 kg/m3 and 82.62%(w.b) respectively.The rolling characteristics of minitubers on the the plastic were better than that of the steel.
