枫香与栎木基质栽培香菇比较分析

摘    要:为科学评价枫香(Liquidambar formosana Hance)基质栽培香菇Lentinus edodes(Berk)Sing]的可行性,试验比较了枫香基质对香菇菌丝生长和产量的影响,且对所栽培香菇的多糖、蛋白质含量及高效液相特征图谱进行了分析。结果表明,香菇品种森源135(L.edodes cv.Senyuan135)在不同比例枫香基质培养基的香菇菌丝生长速率方面略优于对照栎木基质培养基。随着枫香基质添加比例的逐渐增加,香菇菌丝满袋时间、转色完成时间略有延长,且产量略有降低。香菇醇提物的高效液相特征图谱基本一致,但枫香基质栽培的香菇多糖含量和蛋白质含量略高于栎木基质栽培的香菇。因此,采用枫香木屑代替传统栎木屑作为基质栽培香菇,技术上是切实可行的。

The Comparative Analysis of Lentinus edodes Cultivated with Liquidambar formosana and Oak Wood Substrate
Abstract:To scientifically evaluate the feasibility of sweetgum Lentinus edodes (Berk) Sing cultured with Liquidambar formosana Hance,the effect of L.formosana substrate on hyphal growth and yield,polysaccharides,protein content and HPLC fingerprint of L.edodes was studied.The resuhs showed that the growth rate of L.edodes cv.Senyuan135 on L.formosana substrate was better than that on oak substrate.With the increase of the proportion of L.formosana,the time of mycelium pocketfuls and color change completion prolonged slightly,while the yield decreased slightly.The characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography of L.edodes on L.formosana substrate were basically consistent with that on oak substrate;but the total polysaccharide content and the protein content is higher than that of the traditional oak substrate.So it is feasible to culture L.edodes with L.formosana substrate instead of oak.
