摘    要:运用模糊集对聚类评价模型进行区域水环境质量评价,选择溶解氧、高锰酸盐指数、化学需氧量等7项指标,确定分级标准,应用层次分析法得出各项指标权重值,然后通过联系度对嘉临江(广元段)的水环境质量现状进行评价。结果表明,TN是各断面的主要污染指标,应加以重点监控;八庙沟断面、上石盘断面、安家湾断面、南渡断面水质状况是Ⅳ级,苴国村断面是Ⅱ级,姚渡断面是Ⅲ级,与模糊综合评价法的计算结果相比较,模糊集对聚类评价模型理论严谨、计算简洁,评价结果合理可靠,该方法具有一定的推广应用价值。

Evaluation on Regional Water Environment Quality by Fuzzy Set Pair Clustering Analysis Model
Abstract:The water environment quality was evaluated by using the fuzzy set pair clustering analysis method. Seven indices including DO,CODMn and CODcr were selected to determine the grading standard, and using AHP method to get weight value of each index, then the status of the water environmental quality in Jialinjiang was evaluated by means of connection degrees. The results showed that TN was the main pollution index for each section, which should be mainly monitored. The water in four sections as Bamiaogou, Shangshipan, Anjiawan and Nandu were of Ⅳ class quality, Juguochun was of Ⅱclass, and Yaodu was of Ⅲ class. Compared with calculation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the fuzzy set pair clustering analysis model not only indicated strict in theory and simpler in calculation,but also reasonable and reliable in evaluation results, so the method should be valuable for popularization and application.
