摘    要:通过室内盆栽试验,研究土壤调理剂中添加不同比例微生物菌剂(棘孢木霉和芽孢杆菌)对辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)生长及产量的影响。结果表明,与单施复合肥处理相比,施用土壤调理剂处理的辣椒株高、茎粗、叶片SPAD、辣椒产量及生物量明显提高;增施菌剂(棘孢木霉和芽孢杆菌)处理能进一步提高辣椒株高、叶片SPAD、坐果率和产量,且处理活菌数为每克2亿~3亿时,辣椒的产量明显提高,说明微生物土壤调理剂对促进辣椒生长及提高产量效果明显,具有推广应用价值。

Effect of Microbial Soil Conditioner on Growth and Yield of Capsicum annuum L.
Abstract:An indoor pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different proportion of microbial agents (Trichoderma asperellum and Bacillus) added to soil conditioner on growth and yield of Capsicum annuum L.The results showed that,compared with the single compound fertilizer treatment,plant height,stem diamcter,leaf SPAD values,yield and aboveground biomass of soil conditioner treatments significantly improved.Microbial soil conditioner treatment could further improve the plant height,leaf SPAD value,fruit number and yield of Capsicum annuum L.The yield of Capsicum annuum L.was significantly increased when the number of viable bacteria was 200 million~300 million per kilogram.It indicated that the microbial soil conditioner had good effects on promoting the growth of Capsicum annuum L.and increasing production,which had the value of popularization and application.
