农业企业知识型员工的人际信任与知识共享关系研究

知识型员工之间的知识共享是实现个体知识集体化的主要方式,是农业企业获得核心竞争力的重要途径。在回顾人际信任与知识共享关系的基础上,引入知识共享意愿作为中介变量,着重探讨农业企业知识型员工的认知信任与情感信任能否通过知识共享意愿对知识共享行为产生影响。研究表明,高水平的认知信任、情感信任都会对知识型员工的知识共享行为产生积极影响,其中认知信任对知识共享行为的影响较为显著;人际信任通过知识共享意愿对知识共享行为产生积极影响。

Relationship between Interpersonal Trust and Knowledge Sharing about Knowledge Workers of Agricultural Enterprises

Knowledge sharing among know1edge workers is a main way to rea1ize co11ectivization of individua1 know1edge, and which is an important path for agricu1tura1 enterprises to gain core-competitiveness. Based on reviewing the re1ationship be-tween interpersona1 trust and know1edge sharing, the know1edge-sharing wi11ingness was introduced as a mediating variab1e to emphatica11y discuss whether cognition trust and affective trust of know1edge workers of agricu1tura1 enterprises wou1d have a positive impact on know1edge sharing behavior by know1edge-sharing wi11ingness. Research showed that high 1eve1 of cognition trust and affective trust produced positive inf1uence on the know1edge sharing behavior of know1edge workers, in which the cognitive trust had more significant impact on know1edge sharing behavior, and the interpersona1 trust produced positive inf1u-ence on know1edge sharing behavior via know1edge-sharing wi11ingness.
