高效解磷突变株的选育

摘    要:采用蒙金娜有机磷培养基,从土壤中分离筛选到一株具有较强解磷能力的菌株E6,以其为出发菌株进行紫外线诱变,选育出一株解磷能力明显提高的突变株E652,其解磷能力达到16.85mg/mL,比出发菌株提高了117.7%。经初步判断,该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌,具有遗传稳定性和一定的耐盐性。

Abstract:A strain with the ability of dissolving organic phosphorus was screened with the Meng Na organic phosphorus medium.Through UV irradiation,E652 which could produce 16.85 mg/mL was obtained from E6,and its phosphate decomposing capacity was 117.7% higher than that of E6.The E652 strain was tentatively identified as B.megaterium,had hereditary stability and was tolerant to salt.
