摘    要:研究了不同浓度的6-BA和NAA对大花重瓣矮牵牛叶片离体培养愈伤组织诱导、芽分化和生根的影响。结果表明,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L对愈伤组织诱导的效果最好;适宜的丛生芽分化培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L;适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.01~0.10 mg/L。

Abstract:Effects of different concentration of NAA and 6-BA on callus inducement,bud differentiation and rooting in tissue culture of Petunia hybrida lamina were studied in this paper.The results showed that:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L had the best effect on callus inducement,the preferable differentiation media was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L,and the preferable medium of rooting was 1/2MS+NAA 0.01~0.10 mg/L.
