日粮中添加延胡索酸对肉仔鸡增重、屠宰性能和粗蛋白消化率的影响

摘    要:试验选用300只1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡,随机分为3组,每组25只,4个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别在基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%的延胡索酸,试验分两个阶段,前期为1-21日龄,后期为22 -42日龄,每个阶段始末称重.结果表明,肉鸡日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%延胡索酸能不同程度地改善肉鸡各阶段的体增重、料肉比、成活率和粗蛋白消化率;但对肉鸡屠宰性能没有显著影响.综合指标来看,肉仔鸡日粮添加0.2%延胡索酸的作用效果最佳.

Abstract:300 one-day-old healthy Ross 308 broilers were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 4 repeats and fed with basic diet and different levels of fumaric acid(0,0.2% and 0.4%),respectively,to study the effect of fumaric acid on the live weight gain and slaughter performance of broilers.The experiment included two periods: the first period was from the 1st to 21st day and the second period was from the 22nd to 42nd day.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of fumaric acid of 0.2%,0.4% could improve the live weight gain,feed/weight ratio,survival rate and crude protein digestibility in various growing stages,but had no significant influence on the slaughter performance.By comprehensive comparison,the best level of fumaric acid in diet was 0.2%.
