黄河三角洲野生枸杞金属元素含量的分析

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了黄河三角洲地区野生枸杞、黑果枸杞、宁夏枸杞、山东梁山枸杞中7种金属元素的含量.借助统计学软件(R 2.13.1)对不同地域枸杞中金属元素的含量进行主成分分析和聚类分析.结果表明,黄河三角洲野生枸杞的金属含量与黑果枸杞有很大差别,与宁夏枸杞较为接近,但又有自己独特的优势.研究结果可为黄河三角洲盐碱地域野生枸杞资源的进一步开发利用提供理论依据.

Abstract:Seven metal elements in wild lycium from Yellow River delta,Heiguo,Ningxia and Liangshan of Shandong province were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The principal component and clustering analysis with R 2.13.1 were applied to compare the results.The results showed that the contents of metal elements of this wild lycium were different with the lycium of Heiguo,and similar to the lycium of Ningxia,which had unique character.A theoretical basis for the further exploitation of the wild lycium was provided.
