| 摘 要： | 生态文明建设是当前社会发展面临的一个重大课题,在近年的发展规划中,大邑县的目标是成为成都市重点建设的14个大中城镇之一、国际旅游目的地和现代山水田园城镇示范区.大邑县要实现这样的目标,必须大力推进生态文明建设,以生态立县为基础,推动实施“旅游兴县、工业强县、都市农业发展”的发展战略.概述了生态文明建设背景,并基于大邑县的实际情况,提出了该县生态文明建设的规划和思路. |

| Abstract: | The construction of ecological civilization is a major task that the social development is facing.In recent years’ development planning,the goal of Dayi county is to become one of 14 medium-sized towns which Chengdu city mainly constructs,to become the international tourism destination and modern idyllic town demonstration area.To achieve such goals,Dayi county must vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization,establish a ecological county,and promote implementing the development strategy such as revitalizing the county by tourism,strengthening the county through industry and developing urban agriculture.An overview of the background of ecological civilization construction was provided,and some ideas of ecological civilization construction based on the actual situation of Dayi county was put forward. |
