摘    要:建立了茶饮料中乐果的残留分析方法,采用乙腈提取,盐析后浓缩,气相色谱检测.结果显示,不同添加水平的乐果的平均回收率为82.40%~108.65%,相对标准偏差为2.30%~8.15%.方法具有简便、快速、高灵敏等特点,适合于茶饮料中乐果残留的测定.

Abstract:A method was established for determining dimethoate in tea drinks.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile,concentrated after salting out,and determined by gas chrormatography(GC).Under these conditions,the average recoveries in different addition levels of dimethoate were 82.40%~108.65%,the relative standard deviations were 2.30%~8.15%.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.It is applicable to the determination of dimethoate in tea drinks.
