育雏恒温控制系统的设计

摘    要:设计的育雏恒温系统采用上位机与下位机同时工作的方式,采集数据及时,反应灵敏,大大提高了控制的精度,提升了设备的效率.以单片机STC89C52为核心,负责完成数据采集和数据处理,实现温度检测与控制,光度检测与调节,将恒温箱温度值数据由数码管动态显示,界面简单而直观.单片机的数据通过UART串口与上位机通讯,由上位机监测系统温度,达到了实时控制调节的目的.通过测试,效果良好,大大提升了育雏恒温系统的性能.

Abstract:The designed constant temperature system combines the upper and the lower computer to work simultaneously.It can collect data very quickly and respond sensitively,which improve the accuracy of control and the efficiency of the equipment.The design idea was based on single chip-microcomputer STC89C52,which was responsible for the acquisition and processing of data.And also it helped to realize the detection and control of temperature.The interface was simple and intuitive because the incubator temperature data could be dynamic displayed by the digital tube.The data of the single-chip computer communicated the upper computer through the UART serial port,and the system’s temperature was monitored by the upper computer which achieved the purpose of real-time control.It worked well by test,and the brood thermostat system was greatly improved.
