摘    要:从辽宁省不同地区菜地采集土样,采用平板对峙法和抑菌圈法筛选对辣椒枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)具有拮抗作用的菌株.通过初筛得到具有拮抗作用的菌株12株,复筛出1株拮抗活性较高的菌株SY-17.通过含毒介质法对其发酵滤液进行毒力测定,SY-17发酵滤液EC50为114.50 μL/mL,对辣椒枯萎病菌表现出较好的抑制作用.通过生理生化试验、形态特征观察及16 S rDNA序列分析对其进行了种属鉴定,鉴定结果菌株SY-17属于解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens).

Abstract:Twelve bacteria strains were isolated by sampling soil from fields of various regions via preliminary screening.A strain named SY-17 with a relatively higher antagonistic activity was obtained via secondary screening.The result showed that the EC50 of strain SY-17 zymosis filtrate was 114.50 μL/mL according to containing poison medium method.Strain SY-17 was characterized by physiological and biochemical experiments,morphological features observation,and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis,based on which it was finally identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
