芳香族化合物降解菌PM8的分离鉴定及降解特性

摘    要:通过富集培养,从化工厂的活性污泥中分离出1株能以芳香族化合物作为惟一碳源和能源的优势菌株PM8,对该菌株进行了鉴定和降解特性研究.结果表明,经形态观察和16 S rDNA序列分析,该菌株属于苍白杆菌属(Ochrobactrum);30℃、200 r/min培养8d,该菌株对500 mg/L萘和吡啶的降解率分别为77%和88%;在72 h内,菌株PM8对焦化废水、酒厂废水和猪粪水的CODc去除率分别达到11.69%、83.68%、57.85%.PM8在含有芳香族化合物的污水处理中具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:A predominant aromatic compound degrading strain PM8 was isolated from activated sludge in chemical factory using enrichment cultivation with phenol as carbon source.Strain PM8 was identified as Ochrobactrum sp.according to the results of morphology and phyogenetical analysis of 16 S rDNA sequence.Study on degradation characteristics of strain PM8 showed that within 8 d,the degradation rate of 500 mg/L naphthalene and pyridine was 77% and 88%,respectively.Within 72 h,the CODCr reduction rate of coking wastewater,wine wastewater and livestock sewage was 11.69%,83.68%,and 57.85%,respectively.It was indicated that PM8 had potential for bioremediation of aromatic compounds pollutants in the environment.
