六个癌基因碱基序列的结构特点与聚类分析

提取6个癌基因(BAK1、ccnd1、A DA MTS1、ADAM17、A DA MTS8、A GER)的碱基序列,借助MATLAB软件编写程序代码,检索6个癌基因碱基序列的4种单一碱基(A、T、C、C)的概率和64种三碱基组(AAA、AAT、AAC、……、GGG)的概率；对6个癌基因碱基序列的各种分布进行相空间聚类.结果表明,所在染色体不同、所在细胞不同、序列长度不同的6个癌基因碱基序列的结构特点与其生物学功能之间存在着明确的相空间关联.对生物学功能未知的基因和生物学功能已知的基因进行碱基序列结构特点分析和相空间聚类,可以由聚类结果预测功能未知基因是否具有与功能已知基因相似的生物学功能,这为寻找具有某种生物学功能的基因和预测基因是否具有某种生物学功能提供了一个有效途径.

Structure Character and Cluster Analysis on the Base Sequences of Six Cancer Genes

The base sequences of six cancer genes(BAK1,ccnd1,ADAMTS1,ADAM17,ADAMTS8,AGER) were picked up;the probabilities of single bases(A,T,C and G) and 64 tri-base forms were checked by MATLAB.The distribution of the 6 cancer genes was phase-space clustered.The results showed that there was explicit phase space correlation between the structure characters and biological function of the 6 cancer genes at different chromosome,in different cell,and with different sequence length.Analysis on sequence structure characters and phase space cluster of gene whose bio-function was know or unknown could help predicting whether the gene with unknown function has similar function of known gene,thus was an effective way to find gene with specific function or to presume if a gene has some bio-function.
