| 摘 要： | 利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)对长白山蜂胶超声波提取物的主要化学成分进行了分离鉴定。GC/MS共检出长白山蜂胶化学成分42种,包括烷烃、烯烃、醇类、酚类、醛类、酮类、酯类、有机酸等,其中包括3种黄酮类物质,分别为5,7-二羟基二氢黄酮、5,7-二羟基黄酮、7-甲氧基-4’-羟基二氢黄酮,黄酮总含量为6.2%。结果表明,长白山蜂胶的有机组分丰富,其中部分组分具有生物活性。

| Abstract: | The components in ultrasonic extract from Changbai Mountain propolis were analyzed by GC/MS.42 kinds of chemicals were identified,which include alkanes,alkenes,alcohols,phenols,aldehydes,ketones,esters,organic acids and so on.3 flavanones which the total content reached 6.2% were identified as 5,7-Dihydroxyflavanone;5,7-Dihydroxyflavone;7-methoxy-4'-Hydroxyflavanone,respectively.The results showed that there were rich components with biological activity in the Changbai Mountain propolis. |
