药物对产雌孤雌品系松毛虫赤眼蜂羧酸酯酶的影响

摘    要:通过测定赤眼蜂羧酸酯酶对底物的亲和力以及对抑制剂的敏感度,研究了Wolbachia对松毛虫赤眼蜂药物敏感度的影响.结果表明,感染Wolbachia的产雌孤雌品系赤眼蜂羧酸酯酶与底物的亲和力与两性品系松毛虫赤眼蜂相比无明显差异.而3种药剂对感染Wolbachia的孤雌品系松毛虫赤眼蜂羧酸酯酶性质的影响与对两性品系松毛虫赤眼蜂羧酸酯酶性质的影响相比有一定的差异,但差异不显著.综合来看,药物对产雌孤雌品系松毛虫赤眼蜂羧酸酯酶无显著影响.

Abstract:This paper aimed to study the impact of Wolbachia of insecticide sensitivity of Trichiogramma dendrolimi by measuring Trichogramma affinity of carboxylesterase toward substrate and the sensitivity of insecticide.
