| 摘 要： | 采用组织分离法获得稻曲病菌的纯培养株,并对稻曲菌适宜生长的培养基和培养条件进行了筛选.结果表明,固体培养基中马铃薯葡萄糖和大米汁培养基最适合菌丝的生长;液体培养基中马铃薯葡萄糖培养液最适合稻曲菌菌丝生长和产孢,光照对产孢无影响.

| Abstract: | Pure culture strains of Ustilaginoidea virens (Cooke)Tak were isolated from its fruit body tissue. The characteristics of asexual spore germination and suitable media for pathogen's growth and sporulation were studied in different culture media. The results showed that potato dextrose broth and the rice extract medium in the solid media were suitable for growth of strains; potato dextrose broth in the liquid media were the best suitable for growth and sporulation of strains; the condition of light had no effect on the sporulation of strains. |
