摘    要:试验选用1日龄320只健康肉仔鸡,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理组设8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。进行了21d的饲养试验,测定了1和32日龄肉鸡血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性及白蛋白含量。结果表明,复方1植物提取物显著改善了肉仔鸡第1~7天的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P〈0.05),提高了第8~21天的饲料转化效率(P〈0.05),并显著影响32天肉鸡血清谷丙转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性(P〈0.05)。两种复方植物提取物之间对肉仔鸡血清生化指标的影响不显著(P〉0.05)。

Abstract:In this experiment,1-day-old 320 broilers were divided into 4 groups,each group included 8 repeats and each repeat 10 broilers.The feeding trial lasted 21 days.The biochemical indexes in broilers serum on the 1st and 32nd day were measured.The result showed that:the 1st compound plant extract could improve average daily gain and average feed intake in the period of 1~7d(P<0.05),and feed conversion efficiency in the period of 8~21d(P<0.05).The activities of glutamic propylic transaminase(GPT) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in serums were significantly increased by compound plant extract(P<0.05),but there was no significant different between the 1st and the 2nd compound plant extract(P>0.05).
