摘    要:采用盆栽方法研究了不同水平甲胺磷(methamidophos,MAP)污染对丛枝菌根(Arbuscutar Mycor-rhiza,AM)共生体的形成、番茄生长及其磷营养状况的影响。结果表明,AM菌根真菌对甲胺磷农药有较强的耐受性;甲胺磷水平对AM共生体的形成有一定的抑制作用;菌根侵染引起的根际效应促进了土壤中甲胺磷农药的矿化,并转化为菌根真菌和番茄植株的养分源,改善了番茄植株磷营养状况,促进了番茄的生长,从而降低了甲胺磷农药对土壤的污染程度。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of methamidophos contamination on the occurrence of AM symbiont, the growth of host plant tomato and its phosphate nutrition status, three levels of methamidophos contamination were subjected to potted tomato inoculated with Glomus intraradices. Results indicated that Arbuscular Mycorrhiza shows a high level of resistance to methamidophos. Methamidophos inhibited the growth of AM in a dose dependence manner. The occurrence of symbiont between AM and host plant tomato increased the degradation of methamidophos into nutritive phosphate. The resulted nutritive phosphate enhanced the growth of tomato. As a more important result, the methamidophos contamination in the soil was reduced by the symbiont. This paper will provide some useful data for the management of soil methamidophos contamination.
