茯苓菌属遗传多样性的ISSR分析

摘    要:利用ISSR分子标记对8个不同来源的茯苓菌株进行指纹图谱分析.在选用的10个ISSR引物中,有2条引物建立了8个菌株的指纹图谱,能将所有供试菌株相互区分开来并表现出丰富的遗传多样性.用NTSYS软件进行聚类分析,可将8个供试茯苓菌株分为2个类群:类群Ⅰ包括6个菌株,可进一步划分为2个亚类;类群Ⅱ包括2个菌株;菌株岳西和闽006的遗传距离最近.

Abstract:ISSR marker was used to find reliable fingerprint to identify 8 Poria cocos cultivars in this paper.The result showed that 10 ISSR primers tested could produce distinct and polymorphic fingerprints among 8 cultivated strains of P.cocos.An acceptable DNA fingerprint was constructed with 2 primers that could be used to identify these P.cocos cultivars,all cultivars were distinguished from each other and showed genetic diversity.The result from the clustering analysis by NTSYS showed that these cultivated stra...
