| 摘 要： | 采用QuEchERS法对样品进行前处理,然后用GPC净化装置进一步纯化,最后用气质联用仪在选择离子检测模式下进行快速定性定量分析.结果表明,11种有机磷类农药残留检出限为0.36～24.3 g·L-1,平均回收率为65.8%～115.1%,相对标准偏差≤12.3%.

| Abstract: | The sample pretreatment procedure was accomplished according to QuEchERS method and GPC purifying system followed,then rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by GC/MS under selective-ion monitoring mode.The detection limit of the method was between 0.36 and 24.3 gamma per liter for 11 pesticides,the mean recoveries of all the analytes range from 65.8 to 115.1 percent,and their relative standard deviations was less 12.3 percent. |
