大孔吸附树脂分离龙眼核中抗氧化活性物质方法的研究

摘    要:应用大孔吸附树脂对龙眼核提取液中的抗氧化活性物质进行了分离提取研究.结果表明,对龙眼核提取液中抗氧化活性物质吸附性能较好的大孔吸附树脂为H1020,分离的优化条件为通过树脂柱的流速2BV·h-1、pH值4.5和原始液中总抗氧化能力为130u·g-1,最佳洗脱剂为40%的乙醇溶液.

Abstract:A method of separation of oxidation resistant components from longan seeds with macro-porous resin was studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum macro-porous was H1020,and the optimum column isolation conditions were as follows: the current velocity of specimen was 2BV/h,and the pH of specimen was 4.5,and the TAC of specimen was approximately 130u/g,and especially the optimum elution agent was 40% ethanol.
