早期断奶仔猪日粮中添加酶制剂、微生态制剂的效果研究

摘    要:本试验选用120头21日龄断奶的杜×长大仔猪随机分为4组,即试验1组,试验2组,试验3组和对照组,每组30头,试验组分别在日粮中添加0.2%复合酶制剂、0.2%微生态制剂、0.2%酶制剂+0.2%微生态制剂,试验期为30 d。结果表明:试验1组、2组、3组的平均日增重分别为343 g、348 g、381 g,分别比对照组高18.28%、20.00%、31.38%,以试验3组效果最好,分别比试验1组高11.08%、比试验2组高9.48%,试验1组和2组之间差异不显著(P0.05);3个试验组的料肉比分别为2.02、2.01、1.90,饲料转化效率分别比对照组高12.55%、12.99%和17.75%,以试验3组饲料转化效率最高,分别比试验1组和试验2组高5.94%和5.47%,试验1组和2组差异不显著(P0.05);3个试验组的腹泻发生率分别为30%、30%和10%,以试验3组最好;3个试验组每千克增重的饲料成本分别为4.40元、4.40元、4.31元,分别比对照低0.45元、0.45元和0.54元。结果表明,在早期断奶仔猪日粮中添加复合酶制剂、微生态制剂和酶制剂+微生态制剂复合剂均可不同程度地提高日增重、提高饲料转化效率、减少仔猪腹泻的发生、降低饲料成本,以添加0.2%酶制剂+0.2%微生态制剂复合剂最好。

Study on Enzyme Preparations and Probiotics Added in the Diet of Early Weaned Piglets
Abstract:The experiment selected 120 21-day-old weaned Duchangda piglets which were randomly divided into 4 groups, one control group and three experimental groups (group 1,2,3). Each group has 30 heads, and the experimental period is 30 days. All of them are fed with daily basic forage, while the experimental groups are added 0.2% enzyme preparations,0.2% probiotics and 0.2% enzyme preparations+ 0.2% probiotics combination separately. The results showed that: the average daily gain of experimental group 1, 2, 3 increased 18.28%(P<0.01), 20.00%(P<0.01)and 31.38%(P<0.01) respectively, comparing the control group. And the experimental group 3 was higher 11.08% than the experimental group 1 (P<0.01)and higher 9.48% than the experimental group 2 (P<0.01). The difference between the experimental group 1 and 2 was not significant (P>0.05). The feed conversion rates of experimental group 1,2,3 were 2.02,2.01,1.90 respectively. Feed conversion efficiencies increased 12.55%(P<0.05), 12.99%(P<0.05),17.75%(P<0.01) comparing that of the control group. And feed conversion efficiency of the experimental group 3 was higher 5.94% than the experimental group 1(P>0.05) and higher 5.47% than the experimental group 2 (P>0.05). The difference between the experimental group 1 and 2 was not significant (P>0.05). The incidences of diarrhea of the three experimental groups were 30%, 30% and 10%, so, the experimental group 3 had the lowest incidence. The feed costs of weight gain per kilogram were 4.40 yuan, 4.40 yuan and 4.31 yuan respectively, which were lower 0.45 yuan, 0.45 yuan and 0.54 yuan respectively than the control group. The test indicated that, enzyme preparations, probiotics and enzyme preparations+ probiotics added in the diet of early weaned piglets could improve the daily gain, feed conversion efficiency, reduce incidence of piglet diarrhea, low feed costs. Adding 0.2% enzyme preparation + 0.2% probiotics combinations had best effect which could be widely used in practice.
