催乳素和神经肽Y基因及基因聚合对白耳鸡产蛋数的遗传效应

摘    要:采用PCR-SSCP方法检测白耳鸡催乳素(PRL)基因调控区和神经肽Y(NPY)基因转录起始区的多态性,并分析PRL、NPY基因单基因型和聚合基因型与72周龄产蛋数的关联程度。结果表明,PRL基因调控区基因型AA和NPY基因转录起始区基因型CC与72周龄的产蛋数显著相关(P0.05),AA型对产蛋数的加性效应值为3.65,显性效应值为-0.24;CC型的加性效应值为3.22,显性效应值为-0.76。两种有利单基因型的聚合个体AACC型72周龄的产蛋数与其他基因型聚合个体(除ABCD型外)比较,差异显著(P0.05)。但基因效应分析表明,两基因间的互作效应并不显著(P0.05)。

Abstract:PCR-SSCP method was used to identify the polymorphism sites in the promoter region of PRL (Porlactin) gene and in the TSS region of NPY (Neuropeptide Y) gene. Association between the founded polymerphism sites as well as pyramiding genotypes and egg production traits were tested by least square analysis. The results showed the founded polymorphism sites PRL had significant correlation with the egg number at 72 weeks (P<0.05).
