摘    要:利用选择性培养基对铜仁地区二年生和十年生茶园的茶树根际细菌、放线菌和真菌进行了分离.根据菌体形态学特征和生理生化特征分别对根际细菌、放线菌和真菌进行了鉴定和分类,以研究不同生长年限的茶树根际细菌在不同深度土层数量的变化、每个茶园不同季节根际细菌的变化以及根际放线菌数量、根际真菌的数量差别.结果表明,十年生茶园比二年生茶园土壤细菌多;相同生长年限的茶园,根际细菌在10 cm深度土壤中含量最多,20 cm次之,0 cm和30 cm较少;夏秋两季最多,春冬两季较少.二年生茶园根际放线菌数量明显高于十年生茶园.十年生茶园根际真菌数量比二年生茶园多.

Abstract:Rhizosphere bacteria,actinomyces and fungi were isolated from two cultivation ages of tea plantation from clay yellow soil in Tongren area.And the tea plantation at age of ten had higher rhizsphere bacteria and fungi population density than the plantation at age of two;the population density of rhizosphere bacteria varied with the depth of soil,ranked from high to low as 10,20,0 and 30 cm in a same tea plantation;and the population density of rhizosphere bacteria in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter.And the tea plantation at age of two had higher rhizsphere actinomyces population density than the plantation at age of ten;the tea plantation at age of ten had higher rhizosphere fungi population density than the plantation at age of two.
