摘    要:以国审棉花新品种百棉1号和耐盐棉花品种中棉所44为试材,设置浓度分别为0.0%(对照)、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%的NaCl溶液处理3片真叶幼苗,研究其在盐胁迫下叶片中叶绿素含量和ATP酶活性的变化情况,以确定耐盐品种中棉所44与百棉1号的苗期ATP酶活性及叶绿素含量变化的差异所在.结果表明:①两品种的ATP酶活性有不同的变化特征,百棉1号波动较大,总体呈先上升后下降趋势;而中棉所44波动较小,盐胁迫12 d后呈上升趋势.②两品种的叶绿素含量也有不同的变化特征,在0.4%浓度的盐胁迫下,两品种的叶绿素a含量变化趋势一致,先下降后升高并恢复到对照水平;在0.8%与1.2%的盐胁迫下,百棉1号的不同组分的叶绿素含量一直呈下降趋势,而中棉所44先下降然后趋于稳定;同时两品种叶绿素组分比例降解速度也有所不同.因此,可以把ATP酶活性与叶绿素含量作为耐盐材料筛选的参考指标.

Abstract:Seedlings with 3 true leaf of cotton varieties Baimian No.1 and CRI 44(Salt-tolerant variety) were treated by NaCl solution at different concentration(0.0%,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%) for 15 d.The change of chlorophyll content and ATP enzyme activity of the 2 varieties were determined and compared.The results showed that the change of ATP enzyme activity in the two variety differed,as the fluctuation was large in Baimian No.1,which increase firstly and then decrease;while in CRI 44,the fluctuation was small,which increased after being treated for 12 d.A consistent trend of chlorophyll-a content of the two materials was observed under 0.4% NaCl treatment,which decreased firstly,then increased to control level.Under 0.8% and 1.2% NaCl treatment,chlorophyll content in Baimian No.1 decreased continuously;however,it decreased and then remained steady in CRI 44.Meanwhile,the degradation ratio of the chlorophyll components differed in the two varieties.Thus ATP enzyme activity and chlorophyll content could be the index of salt tolerant variety.
