浅谈农民专业合作社的建设

近几年,农民专业合作社的发展迎来了前所未有的机遇,迅速发展的各类农民专业合作组织已经成为新的市场主体和引导、带领农民进入市场的重要载体.但由于起步较晚,目前农民专业合作社还存在一些亟待破解的难题,主要表现在缺少人才、短缺资金、缺失信任和紧密联结不够、规模运作不大、持续发展不足.在分析了存在问题的基础上,提出了解决问题的办法,这就是抓好组织建设、强化政策扶持、全面规范运作和注重人才建设、推进品牌建设、加强信息化建设.

Discussion on the Construction of Farmer Professional Cooperatives

In recent years,the farmer professional cooperative had come across unprecedented development opportunities.The rapid development of all kinds of farmer specialized cooperative organization has become the main body of new market and the carrier leading the farmer entering the market.However,due to a late start,some problems need to be solved urgently at present still exist in the farmer professional cooperatives,including lack of talent,funds,trust,close connection,large scale operation and sustainable development.Based on analysis of the existing problems,solutions including ensuring organization construction,strengthening the policy support,regulating the operation,boosting talent construction,brand construction,and information construction,were proposed.
