| 摘 要： | 通过对不同部位不同成熟度烟叶的外观特征进行观察,发现烟叶的成熟度随外观特征而明显变化,下部叶的成熟特征有所不同,中上部叶片表现基本一致.测定烘烤前后不同部位、不同成熟度叶片的主要化学成分含量,结果表明,总氮随成熟度发展而降低;总糖、还原糖含量都随成熟度提高而增加到最大值后降低.烟碱含量不随成熟度的提高而显著变化. |
