摘    要:精量排种器是精量播种机的核心部件,设计在传统精量排种器的基础上提出新的设计方案,将气吸式取种与窝眼式取种相结合,使空穴率有效降低;同时缩小了气室的大小,节约了用风量;并且简化了传动结构,能够有效地改善精量播种机的性能,适合小型全株距玉米精量播种机的配套安装。

Design on A New Type of the Corn Precision Seedmeter
Abstract:Precision seedmeter device as the core component of precision seedmeter was improved in this paper. A new design on the base of traditional precision seedmeter device was proposed to reduce the hole rate, air chamber size and simplified the transmission structure by combining the air-suction with hole type. This combination improved the precision seedmeter performance effectively, and was suit to the small com precision seedmeter which used in the whole plant space seeding.
