基于DEA模型的武汉郊区农用地利用效率评价

摘    要:为了解武汉市郊区农用地利用效率的时空分布情况,利用DEA模型对2008~2014年武汉郊区农用地效率进行计算。结果表明,在时间序列上,农用地利用效率呈逐年下降的趋势,并且变异系数逐年增加,表明各区间农用地利用效率差异呈逐年扩大的趋势;从空间角度,新洲区和蔡甸区的农用地利用效率偏低。通过纯技术效率和规模效率的计算得到新洲区和蔡甸区DEA值非有效的主要原因是纯技术效率偏低,并在DEA模型中找到改进的途径以及潜力。

Abstract:In order to understand the temporal and spatial distribution of agricultural land use efficiency in Wuhan suburb,the DEA model was used to calculate the farmland efficiency in Wuhan suburb from 2008 to 2014. The results showed that the agricultural land use efficiency decreased year by year,and the coefficient of variation increased year by year,which indicated that the difference of agricultural land use efficiency was increasing year by year. The utilization efficiency of agricultural land is low in Xinzhou and Caidian districts. The main reason for the inefficiency of the DEA of Xinzhou and Caidian is that the pure technical efficiency is low,and the improvement approach and potential are found in the DEA model.
