| 摘 要： | 目的观察金因肽(rhEGF重组人表皮生长因子)治疗中老年糜烂型口腔扁平苔癣的短期疗效。方法中老年糜烂型口腔扁平苔癣64例,随机分为两组,每组32例,金因肽组采用金因肽局部喷洒,对照组采用常规治疗,观察疼痛、充血程度及病损最大直径的改变。结果同对照组相比较,金因肽组疼痛程度显著减轻,病损最大直径显著减小,具有统计学意义。金因肽组总有效率达94%,对照组为47%。结论金因肽治疗中老年糜烂型口腔扁平苔癣具有较好的短期疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the short-term effect of rhEGF therapy in middle-aged erosive oral lichen planus.Methods 64 Middle-aged cases with erosive oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups with 32 in each.Patients in rhEGF group rhEGF were sprayed with rhEGF,and that of control group were treated with conventional therapy.The pain,hyperemia,and change of maximum diameter of lesions were observed.Results Compared with that of control group,paic degree for rhEGF group degree was significantly reduced,and the maximum diameter of lesions was significantly decreased with statistical significance.The total effective rate of rhEGF were 94% and 47% for control group.Conclusion rhEGF treatment for middle-aged erosive oral lichen planus has good short-term efficacy. |
