摘    要:选择构树嫩枝作为插穗,不同浓度生根粉溶液处理、不同插穗直径、插穗上端蜡封与否以及分别7、8、9、10四个月份,研究这四种情况下构树生根及其生长情况。结果表明:插穗上端蜡封后,其插穗的存活期较长,死亡速率慢;生根粉浓度在200mgkg-1时扦插苗的平均生根率最高,其值为18.00%,350mgkg-1次之,其值为16.33%;九月份扦插苗生根率最高,其平均生根率为18.36%,八月份次之,平均生根率为10.42%;插穗直径较粗的,其扦插苗生根、长叶、分枝等生长情况较好,但插穗直径过粗,会影响扦插苗生根。因此,构树嫩枝扦插,适宜在9月份,选择直径为0.9~1.3cm的插穗,浓度200~300mgkg-1的生根粉溶液处理。生根效果最好,其生根率24%。

Abstract:In this paper,structure tree twigs as cuttings,the solution of different concentrations of ABT treatment,the diameter of the different cuttings,cuttings the top of the wax seal or not,respectively,7,8,9,10 four month study of these four rooting and its growth.The results showed that:the cuttings top of the wax to win the title,the cuttings survive for long periods of time,the death rate is slow;ABT concentration of cuttings in 200mgkg-1 highest average rooting rate is 18.00 %,followed by 350mgkg-1,its value is 16.33%;September cutting seedling rooting rate was highest average rooting rate was 18.36 percent,followed by August,the average rooting rate of 10.42%;cuttings diameter thick,rooting the cuttings,leaves,branches and other growth,however,the cuttings diameter is too thick,will affect the rooting of cutting seedling.Therefore,the structure-tree softwood cuttings,suitable for September,select cuttings of 0.9 ~ 1.3cm in diameter,the concentration of 200 ~ 300mgkg-1 ABT solution.Rooting effect,the best rooting rate of 24%.
