摘    要:本文通过对10份绿肥箭筈豌豆种质资源PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,进行萌发特性和抗旱能力研究。结果表明:低浓度的胁迫对部分绿肥箭筈豌豆的种子萌发有一定的促进作用;胁迫加剧会导致绿肥箭筈豌豆种子的发芽率、萌发抗旱指数下降,而胚根/胚芽比值上升。并运用模糊数学隶属函数法对10份绿肥箭筈豌豆种质资源进行综合评价,从而得出各绿肥箭筈豌豆种质资源抗旱性强弱。

Study on Germination Drought Resistance of Vicia Sativa

Abstract:This article through 10 Vicia sativa pea green manure germplasm resources, drought stress of PEG - 6000 solution for germination characteristics and ability were researched. The results show that the low concentration of stress on part of the green manure seed germination have a certain role in promoting; stress increase leads to germination rate, germination index of drought resistance drop, radicle/germ ratio to rise. And using the fuzzy mathematics method of subordinate function to 10 germplasm resources to carry on the comprehensive evaluation,thus obtains the green manure germplasm resources drought resistance strength.
