新疆GEF土地退化防治网的设计与实现

摘    要:新疆土地面积166万平方公里,其中62%是荒漠,生态与环境极其脆弱、由于近几年自然因素和人为破坏,新疆土地范围内部出现了不同程度的土地退化。在生态上由于土地退化造成生态的服务功能降低、生物多样性减少、土地荒漠化加剧及各类生态系统抵御和调控灾害的能力的下降、农民贫困程度加深。在这种背景下、GEF-OP12项目的启动对新疆无疑是雪中送炭。一方面项目资金可以有力支持新疆防治土地退化工作的开展,另一方面给我们提供了一种治理生态问题的先进方法和全新理念1]。新疆GEF土地退化防治网以新疆土地退化信息资源为基础,专题研究成果为推广、技术服务、科学普及为重点。以先进的数字化信息处理方法为手段,建设新疆土地退化防治网络平台,发布新疆土地退化检测评价信息,收集完善更新新疆土地退化防治元数据库,建立网上发布系统平台,为新疆经济社会又好又快发展和生态环境改善多作贡献。

Abstract:Ecology and environment in Xinjiang is very fragile, there was 62% desert of 1660000km^2 all land area. In recent years, land degradation in Xinjiang has gradually increased due to natural factors and human destruction. This phenomenon on the ecosystem such as ecological service function decrease, reduction of biodiversity, desertification of land, decrease of all kinds of ecological system to resist and control the disaster ability increase of poverty farmers have appeared increasingly because of land degradation. At that moment, launching of studies on GEF- OP12 will be timely assistance in Xinjiang. On the one hand ,the project funds ould be enough to support the Xinjiang land degradation control work;on the other hand, our research group could provide an advanced method and new ideas to management of ecological problems. GEF land degradation control network based on land degradation information resources of Xinjiang, to popularization of monographic study, technical services, focusing on popular Science. Xinjiang land degradation control network platform will construct by using the advanced digital information processing methods, posted degradation detection and evaluation of Land Information, and collection, improve, update land degradation control element database, online building system platform, hope to make more contribution on economic social rapid development and improve the ecological environment Xinjiang.
