高温胁迫对玉米光合作用的影响

摘    要:研究了玉米在高温胁迫下叶片内叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素等生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,高温胁迫下酶的活性降低,同时叶绿素的生成受抑制,因此,在高温胁迫下会导致叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量含量下降,且随着胁迫时间的增加这种变化愈加明显;伴随胁迫温度的升高,玉米叶片中的类胡萝卜素随着时间的延长而呈总体下降的趋势,当温度超过40℃时,下降趋势最为显著。

Abstract:The change of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids and other physiological indicators of leaves Maize under high temperature stress were studied. The results showed that under high temperature stress, enzyme activity decreased and the inhibition of chlorophyll formation happened at the same time, resulting in decrease of chlorophylla, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content under high temperature stress, and with the time increased, changes were more obviously; with stress temperature, maize leaf carotenoid with the extension of time and showed an overall downward trend, when the temperature exceeded 40 ~C, there was a significant declining trend.
