生物有机肥防治烟草黑胫病效果及对烟株生长发育的影响

摘    要:为了研究生物有机肥防治烟草黑胫病的效果及对烟株生长发育的影响,通过设置对照、施用土壤调理剂、施用生物有机肥和生物有机肥与土壤调理剂配合施用共4个田间试验处理,分别测定了移栽前、团棵期、旺长期和成熟期烟株根际土壤的细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量变化,调查了烟株的农艺性状和黑胫病发病率。研究结果表明,施用生物有机肥可大幅度提高烟株根际土壤中细菌、真菌及放线菌的数量,同时施用生物有机肥还可以提高烟株的株高、烟叶叶面积系数,并有效抑制烟草黑胫病的发病率。

Abstract:The objective was to investigate the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on control of tobacco black shank disease and its influence on the growth of tobacco. Four treatments including control, soil conditioner, biological organic fertilizer, soil conditioner and biological organic fertilizer were adopted. The numbers of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes of rhizosphere soil at different growth stages were determined. The tobacco plant agronomic traits and disease incidence were also investigated. The results showed that application of biological organic fertilizer could increase the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes. Biological organic fertilizer could also increase the tobacco plant height, leaf area index and inhibit the incidence of tobacco black shank.
