铜胁迫对土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用室内培养方法,研究了铜胁迫对土壤中脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,铜对土壤脲酶表现出明显抑制影响,且随着铜浓度的增加,抑制程度增大。铜浓度的增加对土壤磷酸酶活性抑制程度增大,但抑制程度不如脲酶明显。铜对土壤过氧化氢酶也表现出抑制作用,且随着铜浓度的增加抑制程度增大,但铜对过氧化氢酶的抑制效应是3者中最小的。

Abstract:The effects of copper on activities of three enzymes in soil, including calatase, urease, phosphatase, were investigated with indoor simulation. The results indicated that Cu was significantly inhibitory for the soil urease activity and was shown to increase on copper concentration; whereas the phosphatase activity was promoted by the increasing copper concentration, but the inhibition of urease was not less than the phosphatase activity. With the copper concentration increasing, Cu significantly inhibited the calatase enzyme activity, but the inhibition of copper on catalase was the smallest of the three.
