| 摘 要： | 为解决日益突出的农村水污染问题,具体分析了农村水污染的成因,其中包括化肥和农药污染、养殖场污染、工业污染、生活污水和废弃物的污染4个方面,有针对性地提出了加大宣传力度、提升农村居民环境保护意识、严格环境执法、发展生态农业、健全社会监督机制、加大农村环保建设的资金投入等防治对策。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the increasingly serious water pollution problems in rural areas, the causes of water pollution in rural areas were analyzed, including chemical fertilizers and pesticides, farm pollution, industrial pollution, sewage and waste pollution in four areas, and the controlling measures such as enhancing environmental awareness of rural residents, strict enforcement of envi- ronmental laws, developing ecological agriculture, improving the social supervision mechanism, and increasing the funding of rural environmental protection were proposed. |
