摘    要:以玉米为试验材料,研究不同温度、不同时间处理,叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD)活性、游离脯氨酸含量等生理指标的变化规律。结果表明:(1)幼苗叶片内的丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量随着温度的升高而增大,温度越高,其叶片内含量越多;(2)幼苗叶片蛋白质含量随温度的升高而递减;(3)叶片中的SOD和POD活性随着温度的升高,胁迫时间增加,呈先升后降的变化趋势,且温度越高,变化趋势越明显。建议当高温胁迫达到35℃时,胁迫时间超过24 h后,需对玉米进行降温措施,确保玉米正常生长。

Abstract:Taking maize as experimental materials, researched the change regulation of the malondialdehyde (MDA) content, antiodant enzymes activity (SOD,POD)free proline content and other physiological indexes under different temperature and different time. The results showed that: (1) in seedling leaves, leaves, MDA and free proline content increased with temperature rised; (2) in seedling leaves, protein content decreased with the increase of temperature; (3) SOD and POD activity in leaves first increased with the increase of temperature, and then decreased, and the higher the temperature, the more obvious the change trend. When high temperature stress was 35 ℃, stress time exceeded 24 h, cooling measures were required to ensure the normal growth of corn.
