晋大52、57及其后代群体POD、SOD同工酶遗传多样性及聚类分析

摘    要:对晋大52(母本)、晋大57(父本)及其6个有代表性的后代SN-1、SN-2、SN-3、SN-4、SN-5、SN-6花荚期超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)两种同工酶,进行电泳图谱检测和分析,把SOD酶谱分为3个区,A区有3条酶带(Rf=0.27,0.41,0.44),B区有3条酶带(Rf=0.55,0.59,0.62),C区有3条酶带(Rf=0.68,0.74,0.79);POD同工酶电泳显示有13条酶带,其中3、5、11、13号酶带出现频率为100%,1、2、10号酶带频率均在85%以上,8种材料共出现78条酶带,平均每种材料9.8条。后代品种与父本的平均遗传距离为0.168 6,与母本的平均遗传距离为0.387 6。

Abstract:A population constructed from a cross between Jinda52 and Jinda57 were used as materials in this paper.By the analysis of POD electrophoresis spectrum,we concluded that there were 13 enzyme spectrum,and 78 enzyme spectrum in all 8 materials. SOD enzyme spectrum included 3 regions,the numbers of electrophoresis profile and the moving distance were basically the same in cross population,except for the color deepness in the profile,and so was SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,this is completely different from POD enzym...
