健康与腹泻幼犬肠道菌群的比较研究

通过对健康幼犬和腹泻幼犬的肠道菌群进行研究,对两者之间的差异进行探讨,以指导临床对腹泻的治疗。无菌采取健康幼犬和腹泻幼犬的粪便,通过选用不同选择性培养基,对其粪便微生物进行分离培养。比较两者菌群的差异,并筛选优势菌株,研究其生长特性以及通过生化试验进行确认。健康幼犬与腹泻幼犬粪便中常见细菌有肠杆菌、肠球菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌等,其数量的变化比较,腹泻幼犬粪便中肠球菌和乳酸杆菌的数量降低明显,双歧杆菌数量略有下降,肠杆菌的数量有不显著增加的趋势。肠道菌群失调易引起腹泻,临床上应正确治疗腹泻,避免滥用抗生素。

The Comparison Study on the Intestinal Microflora of the Healthy and Diarrhea Puppies
