微生物肥料对土壤生态及葡萄叶片叶绿素荧光特性的影响

摘    要:研究了微生物肥料对土壤生态及肥力和葡萄叶片叶绿素荧光参数的影响,结果表明,施用微生物肥料提高了土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌等微生物量,改善了土壤生态,提高了土壤肥力和阳离子代换量,降低了土壤容重,增加土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量;此外,微生物肥料处理还提高了葡萄叶片叶绿素荧光参数PSⅡ的实际光化学效率(Φ_(PSⅡ))、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP),降低了非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)值,从而提高了葡萄叶片的光能利用率。

Abstract:Effect of microbial fertilizer on soil ecosystem and chlorophyll fluorescence of grape leaves.The results showed that used microbial fertilizer could increase soil bacteria fungi and actinomyces,remedy the soil ecology,improved soil fertility,reduced soil bulk density,increased the cation exchange capility and increased soil available phosphorus,nitrogen and potassium content.The treatments used microbial fertilizer also could increased the chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics parameters,Φ_(PSⅡ),Fv/Fm,qP and deceased non-photochemical quenching efficient(NPQ) in grape leaves.This indicates antimicrobial fertilizer could enhance light utilization efficiency of grape leaves.
